An employee of our client was involved in terrible accident on the road when he was travelling for work. He had lost partial function of his dominant arm and therefore would no longer be able to work in a labour orientated job for the rest of his life. We had submitted a claim on his behalf accordingly. We had successfully claimed RM250k in his favour.
